The Colors & Dreams of Fall: Painting with Purpose

This is not a follow-the-steps paint night. It's an evening set aside to reflect on the season, and to let that reflection find its way onto canvas in whatever form it takes for you.

As autumn settles in, join us at The CAM for a guided but open-ended painting experience centered on meaning, not instruction. There's no correct way to interpret the colors and change of fall, only your own. Whether that means a literal fall landscape, an abstract wash of color, or something that captures a feeling you can't quite name, the canvas is yours.

All art supplies are provided. Bring a journal and pen if you'd like to jot down thoughts as they surface, and a water bottle to keep with you through the evening. Sip on something while you paint, and let the evening move at its own pace.

No painting experience necessary. This event is about…
